What it is i want to copy a signature from a picture onto another picture without putting some of the picture on the other picture, Anyhelp please??

Clipping? As said, you'll have to provide some more info. But im pretty sure you'll just have to buckle down and use the pen tool

Use it to draw out a selection of the object(s) you wish to keep, its the only way to get professional lines.
