That looks like a lot more involved than just a simple plug-in.

OK, I played with this for about 5 minutes..I scattered some text characters around, merged some, angled some etc. then I started making brushes..this sample just shows the effect, but with a little imagination you could come up with brushes you could paint with. It wouldn't take much to duplicate the image you posted[/img]
