Hi All
I am new to this forum, I would like to know if there is possibly anyone on this forum who could clean up the picture so as to confirm the number plate on this vehicle?
This image was taken from a security camera but unfortunately the resolution is too low to to simply blow it up.
If this helps at all the last two letters on this number plate are GP

You can try Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen and set the amount to over 100. But there is so little pixel information, I'm not sure that I can make out anything but maybe a 7.
