so i been trying to cut out the girl and put it in the picture of my car so that it looks like she is sitting on my hood. but i cant get it right. i dont use photoshop often i know just a little less then the basics can anyone anyone do something with these pics?

There are a lot of steps and time required to make something like this look real. Here are some of them:
Make a loose selection around the girl. Copy and paste it into the car photo. It will be on it's own layer.
Use ctrl-t to transform and move to the position you want. (You can always chage this later as well)
Add a layer mask to the girl layer. Paint with black to remove the unwanted parts. Use white if you make a mistake.

In addition, I desaturated the red in her skin to match the car picture better. Added some shadows and highlights on her to better match the sunlight. Copied her hand (layer 3), reversed it and made it a reflection on the car hood (the layer mask creates the reflection fade).

Have a go at it.

wow thanks ! that does look good. i tried it and i think y it didnt look good wen i made was because the skin wasnt going with the car photo. im going to give it a try. and her boots do they need to be desaturated to? it looks like they are to black or something.
