|

I have a web 2.0 gradient... a two tone style menu bar that I need to match a certain color. The bottom tone is a very slight gradient and the top tone is a lighter but more dramatic gradient...this is what gives it this characteristic. I'm sure you've all seen this style before. Take a look at my attachment or simply look at the windows vista start menu for an example.
The blue in this menu is more of a deep blue. I need to get the bottom most color of the gradient to match #325590, the color of the large rectangle below in the file, and for the look to stay the same. Is there a way to take what I have, start the bottom as #325590, and have the rest adjust to keep the look the same?
Overall I want to change the menu bar to match that color but have it keep that look of the web 2.0 bar.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't understand why you don't just match the big blue square instead., because that's much easier.
After that all you need is to tune both color at the same time to get the blue you want.
