Hey Daner,
Personally I'd say no. Although there are a couple of good additions to the software, in my opinion there just isn't enough to warrant an upgrade if you don't need to.

hi,
if a casual user it probably not worth it.... however....!!
one of the first things i look for is reviews... and good reviews at that.. not just repetion of features that a program has... i look for criticle cmprehensive review with pro and con's...
found very few comprehnsive reviews on 7.0... just a lot of garbage reviews....
for the most part.... there appears to be nothing sensational.. appears to be a incremental type update vice a new version update... that the number refers to... maybe they should have called it 6.5 .. smiling.. anyway....
now for the most part 6 and 7 the same.... but there appears to be 3 things of note with 7.. weather these are important enough to justify upgrading to , that up to you... sometimes a single tool is sufficent... smiling....
1. it appears to be a little easier ... to me that term is always relative.. smile...
2. this is probably the biggest feature people may have a interest in...
the SMART BUSH TOOL ... I believe It from photoshop cs 3 or 4 ... it a way to select your object...!! it really neat and nice... i have seen demonstrated in tutorials... (i only have cs1 and elements 5 .... they don't have it..
3. another, what appears a nice tool, is the photomerge cleanup ..if you do a lot of photomerging this maybe important to you this sounds nice...
these are two reviews on it....

I hope the info is usefull to your.. good luck on what ever your decision is...

Hmmmm I really liked version 6 so I'd say probably yes, although I can't remember the new features in 6, and then in 7!
