little help with a banner

Hi. ive made a christmas banner for a little contest but i think something is still missing. with missing i mean it seems kinda empty in my opinion. should i add or change anything? i tried to place some bunting vectors to the top or stalagmites but they didnt fit.. u think its ready? im new user to photoshop by the way, hope u help me with this :)

I really like it, the bell in the O is a nice touch. The only thing I would change is maybe working on cropping some of your images a bit more closely. Nice work!

Just a suggestions
01. Try some different variations, currently everything looks like they are on a straight line.
02. Since you are adding text on the ground, you could give some space, move the ground little higher and reduce the title.
03. Is the text is exploding or is it a snow?. If its a snow then change the font color to make it stand out, because you cannot change the snow color.
04. Use some other font for 2015, it looks like 2013 or 20b (with hyphen at the top) or 206, everything except 2015.
