				| Hey guys,
First time poster...
Can you make .ICO files (i.e. for a favicon.ico file) with Photoshop CS for MAC OS X?

Just trying to figure out how to do it.

				| From memory I have answered this question (or a similiar one) before on these forums, have you tried a search for "icon" and "plugin".
<LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="http://www.yourwebsite.com/iconimage.ico"> make sure that you have the file in the root directory of your site.

If you need more help shout back, not sure what else you need - Oh and welcome to the forum

				| Check this sites for more info on favicons.
 http://favicon.com

That line of code that thehermit posted should go in the head section of your index page.

				| Hermit is right, he did post a url to a website that has a ico plugin for PS.
 Here it is: http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/

It just lets you make them, but it doesn't teach you how to insert them into a webpage and so forth. For that Oybro posted a great page.
