I suggest you find the image of the grill you want. Ebay might be a good choice. Then look for flame resources on Deviant art.

Here is the funny thing. Looking at this image. I was like no problem. Just use displacement map filter and I will be done.......Not the case For some reason I can not duplicate this to look realistic ...
