Have you tried disabling the open GL in Photoshop? It may be a case that you have not enough VRAM. It could be a case of disabling things one by one and troubleshooting from there.

Doesn't mean that anyone knows the answer to your question though.

Have you tried updating your video card drivers?

Yes everything is all up to date.
