some of my plugins and cannot get them back, i was trying to clear some space but didnt mean these!! i need these for a project! is there a place i can download plug ins for photoshop cs for mac!? =[

Did you save the DMGs? if you did your all set if not i suggest you create a folder for new ones and burn to a disc, Always save your DMG files some how, this is one of the good reasons.
Also did you empty your trash? it They may still be in it

oh yea the plugins for cs that i need is especially the autocolor and things associated with it because the colors i have are not there, lens flare etc i need like a download or something to finish this

Here's the Adobe documentation for restoring the default set of Photoshop CS4 plug-ins (most probably the same for CS1)

hmm it says it is for windows but i use a mac so will it be the same or not? does anyone have the cs version of mac that they can copy and send? like plugins rgb's and hue and saturation something like that?

hmm okay i will give that a try and thank you for working with me. UPDATE!: i discovered something very interesting, on my other psd files the color works, same as all my effects and everything i can possible need. But when i start something new the color fades away and etc! what can cause this? and how to fix, is it this same way re-installation?

try this
resetting tools Menu bar>Window>Tools>reset



or reset default
