Anyone know how I might do this? I have tried by adding a layer, making it monochrome then adjusting its transparency. It doesn't achieve the same look though. Also, the black and white section seems to have a sepia tone...

Theres 2 easy ways of getting pretty close, one is to add a black and white layer to the yellow background and set the B+W layer blend mode to multiply, the second and the one I used here is add the B+W layer to the yellow background, then with the yellow and black selected as forground and background colours, click the add ajustment layer icon and add a gradient map ajustment layer, then click on the gradient that opens and ajust the sliders till your happy. Thanks, had a play around with both those suggestions but not quite there. Anyone else with some other ideas?
