Can anyone suggest how I could do a similar effect to this image? I have achieved a similar look, but can't get my photo to remain perpendicular like this example. Thanks!

expan the images canvas then duplicate layer. paste the image on the photo on the top layer then hit ctrl+t. and rotate it and then change the canvas color to white and itll look like that. atleast i think it will.

theres a bit more to it, to get the shadow showing around the pic, here I made a new image white about 25% bigger than my church pic, then on the church pic itself I went to image/canvas size and made it about 5% bigger th get the white border, then with the move tool I dragged it onto my new plain white background, then on the layers/ layer styles I selected the stroke and changer the colour to a light grey (instead of the default red) and also added a small drop shadow the same time, last step, with the move tool just outside the pic I rotated the church a little.
Then flatten and your done. Wayne
