Awful background bug in Photoshop CS4!

My Photoshop has a terrible background bug that comes and goes. The background (grey area behind the canvas) is bright pink and has what appears to be images in it... This is true when it's any color other than black... Moving/resizing the window causes it to change and sometimes go away... But other times, it just won't go away. I know that's a little confusing so I uploaded a screenshot:


The small black bit is the canvas, the rectangles in the top corner come from resizing the window, to the left of the canvas it looks like the iChat icon with a video camera in it!

Could be a graphic card driver problem?
