hello,
i create a psd project that has pixel dimension(width:4000 height:2600),i want to save it in jpg format, but when i save in jpg,the 3d effect that i create it by "bevel and emboss" disappear, but when i decrease pixel dimension to 800*500, my project save in jpg with all effects.

what is the problem with 4000*2600 pixel dimension?

this is my file with 800*500,please change dimension to 4000*2600 and save it to jpg to see the bevel effect disappear.

Photoshop adds the layer effects on the fly while you are working on the image.
The problem with this is when you are working on a large image and viewing it at less than a 1:1 or 100% ratio on the screen, Photoshop displays the layer effects incorrectly.

You need to zoom into 100% to check the layer effects before you save them.

To fix the problem you have:

Try increasing the depth percentage and lowering the shadow opacity of the bevel/emboss settings.
Bevel naturally does not play nice with large images due to the soften being limited to 16px.
