Hello community, I'm trying to make a background and can't get it to where I want it. I need a black and red background blended perfectly. How do you go about blending two colors on the same background show both colors will show equally?

Thanks

Amex

use the gradient tools, either the gradient tool itself, or a "gradient overlay" "layer effect"
