Kind of a vague question really. There are several images there that all use several different brushes and layouts. You aren't going to find it all in one place. Do a google for Photoshop brushes. I guess you would be looking for brushes more in the grundge genre. There are tons of them out there.
As far as the layout. That's not something you can just download. You have to create based on what you see. Wether it be someone else's example or what you see in your mind. |

The examples on that page mainly use images and shapes. The brushes they most likely used are just normal default photoshop brushes.
