I've made some selections by color range to recreate a scan and have them as channels. When I save them as a pdf while veiwing only the channels the result is a blank pdf. I'm thinking I should convert the channels to layers but can you. It seems I've done it before. |

hi,
one way to make it a channel as alyer.... although i am not if this is what yo want...
1. selct the channel you want..
2. then do "select all"
3. the copy
3. then make sure al the channels have the eyes marked...
4. then go to layers and paste at that point you can save that as a bitmap and use in your pdg file .....
now the guru's have faster and probably better ways but that works for me..

You can also, right click on your channel with it the only one selected. Then select "Duplicate Channel". In the dialog box that opens, select "New" from the pulldown menu. And click "OK".
Creates a new image with only one channel. |
