I'm trying to work my way through CS4 classroom in a book. I'm on page 257 where it's telling me to Select the Subtract From Shape Area option. There is no Subtract From Shape option on my toolbar so I try and use the hyphen or minus key and that has no effect either. Where do I find this?

Add to, subtract, etc. options only apply to paths and shape layers, not to fill pixels.
