Have you ever seen those graphics in Mad Magazine next to those "Celebrity Cause-of-Death Betting odds?"

If you haven't, they basically make a caricature of the person using other pictures of him/her

The idea is to use pictures that make certain features bigger, or stick out more.

Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

He means it's like a collage, with different pictures of the person assembled together. (One part of the picture makes the lips, another part of another picture makes the eyes, and so on) I think. If not, sorry. As far as making is it yourself...once you have all the source pictures, I would just us the lasso tool to cut and paste the features.

i dont think its so much making a collage as taking what you want from a current picture copying it and pasting it where you need and a lot of the liquify tool too.....thats my 2cents about how to do it.
