Hi, I am trying to edit this picture, and i find my desired results by manipulating the channels (removing the blue and leaving the green and red so it looks as if the whole thing has been tinted yellow), but when I save it as a JPEG, the yellow is gone, leaving all RGB. How can I keep it with my yellow? Thanks

Are you by any chance clicking the little eye icon on the layers palette? that just turns off the layer, it doesn't remove it (removing it won't help either)
If you have CS try going to image/ajustments/photo filter, click the drop down box to get the colour options and click the yellow, then click the colour box and slide the slider to 100% it's not exactly what you get with the channels but it's close. Wayne
