Hi iDad,
First of All, the Clipart disk you have, can you put it in your drive and Right Click on Start and then Left Click on Explore and navigate to the files on the disk? Can you tell what format they are in? .jpg .gif .bmp .eps .tif ?

Second of All, try this link to my google search, you only need to check out the ones that sound interesting and make sure they are actually free and then bookmark and use when you want http://www.google.com/search?q=free+clipart&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a

iDad,
how big is the disk? how many files? if you just one opened every once in a while you can e-mail it to me, I can open it in illustrator and change it to something photoshop will open and send it back. I'd be more than happy to as long as it's not a ton at a time.

iDad,
because it has the following

Hassle-Free EPS, TIFF, JPEG, and GIF File Formats
(taken from the website advertisement)

you should be okay with Photoshop only.
