well I have a selection and I want to set Red color to fixed number for example to 200 but the other factors like green and blue must not change.
I mean I want to open a picture and set all the part of picture to have a fixed red color without changing other colors

Hi akghasemi, welcome to the forum.

You could try using the Colour Replacement Brush (b or shift+b) pick the colour you want and just paint over.

Shout out if you have any issues.
