Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can help me with the following process.

I'm following a tutorial and it says the following:

Flash Layer - select the flash layer from the palatte and Select all. With the move tool selected, hit the up cursor once and the selection should tighten around the flash, now hit the cursor down once. Choose Select>Inverse. Cut away and Ctrl+x the excess.

I have been able to multiply the images so I have the flash on top of the background; however, wehn i follow the above process I'm stuck by what they mean Cut away! If I select cut the Flash images disappears.

Please can someone help me.
