I am trying to crop a picture but when I move the mouse over the picture, instead of the usual crop symbol, I have a hand. I can't figure out what has changed.
I am using CS3

Are you hitting/leaning on the space bar, or is it stuck? The space bar is a shortcut for the hand tool. |
