I have a bunch of square jpg files and i want to crop a circle in them (exactly from side to side and top to bottom) and save them with transparent background. which is the fastest way to do it, as there are hundreds of them?[/b]

PS Version: Photoshop CS4, CS5, CS6
OS: Windows 7

If all the images are in same dimension then you can create Action and use the Batch process under File > Automate > Batch... You can assign the Source and the Destination folders.
