i recently upgraded from cs3 to cs4
forgive my terminology here as i am a newbie overall still in the ps world. anyway i used to be able to create borders on photos using the distort, displace, and texture option. for whatevr reason now in cs4 it does not allow me to choose anything in the distort menu option as they are all greyed (actually yellow green colr) out. any ideas?
