Just a quick question about the design of websites..

I am starting to design websites and hopefully for other people and I was wondering the best approach to producing drafts for 'clients' Do you recomend building the site layout including all images in photoshop for client approval or should I just stick to rough sketches until I have a rough design approved by the client and then make a basic working site layout which can then be tinkered with as needed?

Advice and suggestions very welcome.
