Good day everyone 
I am new to the forum, and new to Photoshop. I am a whiz with Fireworks, that has been my program of choice for the last several years. I have had many people tell me I should try Photoshop and I haven't bothered to even try it... until now.
I AM SO LOST!!!  I can't even figure out how to import a graphic. It's so depressing. So without having to read the users manual for Photoshop 101, can anyone please give me any pointers and some good tutorials to help me get a feel for it? I have downloaded a few free brushes that I really like - if only I knew how to use them LOL

PS I have bagan attempting Photoshop because I am now working a lot with Flash and I have a template that has PSD files. So I guess I will try to jump on board... |

It would be difficult to explain Photoshop via PM and I don't have MSN. However, here is a decent place to start.

Follow the links on the left to learn about other things like opening a new document, etc.
I will look around and see what else I can dig up and post them here too.
