Every time I open an image lately I've been getting an overall slice indicator around the whole image. This causes problems when I try to hide grids or selections I sometimes have to hit command H twice, sometimes I don't, depending if it's showing or not when I use that shortcut

Is there something to keep it from being there or a way to delete it, I can only find a way to delete them after new ones are created using the slice tool.

Hi ljk,

You can go to VIEW>SHOW>and then unchecking SLICES. That should hide your slices. About deleting slices, I'm not very sure besides, like you said, selecting them and deleting one by one.

I've gone to view and checked that and it pops back up each time I hide guides or selections.

This is not a slice I've made, it's there when I open the file (it's like slice of the whole image) and when I try to delete it DELETE is grayed out, it can't be deleted only made not to show.

Any way right now they aren't showing up at all again. I was thinking I must have hit something that put me in the slice tool or something, cant figger it out. (shrug)
