I have never posted here before so thanks in advance for any help offered.

I am working on a project that I plan on sub-contracting out since graphic design is not my strong point. While I am sure that anything maybe possible to create with PS, I want to know what is realistic to do with respect to cost.

I want to be able to take a picture of a car and have a bikini model and background added. This is something that I want to offer with a choice of backgounds and a choice of models (not just a one-time project).

The model part is easy- I found at least a dozen good head to toe bikini model images on istock. The backgound is the hard part. I would prefer that the car looks like it is parked on a road with various scenes behind it. I do not want the car to "float" on some background like in http://abduzeedo.com/hot-chick-muscle-car

Do I need to shoot the car in front of a greenscreen?

A greenscreen is the best way to begin. Make sure to light the greenscreen evenly. If a greenscreen is out, try to use a blank contrasting background, the side of a building perhaps.

Also pay attention to the lighting on the car, that it will match the lighting on the pictures you intend to use. Good luck with the project.

Thank you hawkeye. I was hoping that a greenscreen or any other kind of screen was not needed.
