Does anyone know how to edit a GIF image and make it into an animation online? Because I dont wanna download anything. Bytheway, I dont have Photoshop

ok im not too sure how to do it without photoshop or imageready...and you will prob will have to dl something to make animations anyway (unless you have a mac)
