|
|
Not only am I a newbie to this board but I am also a newbie to photoshop program itself. And for the last couple of days, I have seen pictures with a total pitch black background, such as this image...
Now my question is, how did they transformed a normal background into a pitch black background? Someone told me they used a photoshop so I browsed around but all I found was a tutorial on how to isolate a section of the photo and turn it into a black and white background which is not what I was after.
It is so frustrating not to be able to find what I'm looking for or where to begin for that matter.
Can someone please help me? Perhaps there is a tutorial written somewhere? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,

the easiest way would be to follow any tutorial you found that would allow you to 'isolate' a section of the photo and then copy it and paste it onto a Black (or any other color) background.
if this is not what you're asking or looking for, just holler at me again and we'll keep working on it.
