ive been told several times this effect is a plugin filter but i cant find it. any help on where i can find it is appreciated.



the effect is on the pictures (bg, people).

I'd be guessing but it looks more like art work in illustrater to me??? Thats fairly typical of the movie poster look, and most of them are now art work based on photos. Wayne
