hey, guys ... i kind of need more help..again.. my first time editing a template from photoshop and this is wat i got

everything is good, but now that i try to DELETE the word.. . icant.. i tryed eraser, cut, fill it in, even a new layer....... but nothing

its not a specarate layer ....
that is the picture.. the blue it the words i cant delete... if anyone clan help, i can send u the psd..

umm, i dont know how to do that... i am a noobie ...so ya...all i know is that its not a layer...and i cant eraser it or cut it or ....ya... so plz
