Hi Dew,
there are various methods of creating this image, and it seems most likely that this is an digital illustration done in photoshop meaning it was hand drawn and colored using a tablet. Another possibility is that a photograph was stripped to its fundamental elements and then enhanced with color and detail to produce this effect. |
