Been using photoshop for years, but only a very basic level i.e crop, remove background, resize and very curious about higher level editing.

Would love to hear how the attached photo was edited to make the grass still look like grass, only green. I know it was not just a paint bucket effect as that would create the result.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Scotthaley
The color replacement tool works well for this kind of edit.
Select the tool and color you want and paint over the grass

Hope this helps

Thanks!

Sometimes I think I know lots about Photoshop and then something like your answer happens. So easy, and I was making it so hard.

All these years of using PS and never some how realized the color replacement tool was there. Thanks again!
