How do I cover up dirt?

So there is two pictures I'd like to get cleaned up on some dirt from the roads (the car color is white)

And I tried the Spot healing tool, but it doesnt want to do what I want it to do really...

Im using Photoshop CS6, any ideas how I easilly can get the original white color on the dirt too, without it looking stupid?
