When you click on the brush-tool, you can open up the brushes by clicking the small triangle next to the current brush in the option-bar on the top of your page. You'll get to see your current brushset when it opens up. However there is another triangle to be found on the right top of the box that has opened (the box of your brushset). Click on that triangle and it will open a menu, in there is one that says load brushes. Click that one and go to the place you have downloaded your brushes and they will be loaded in, for you to use.
