Hi! I'm just curious on how you achieve this effect? [IMAGE IS ATTACHED] It's an icon by the great, teh_indy [livejournal]. How do you do that thing [probably a texture?] near warning? hmmm... the light just looks like some clouds with a cool smudge brush and colorize. Thats basically all i think... He may have editted another image though... i.e. editted some lights.
