They say "don't take ..... for granted" with the dots being anything like your health, sio how do you do that?

Just do some effort to retain what you already have. and don't over rely on what you have. That's what I try to do.

If you understand you are lucky for what you have and know that you can loose anything at anytime it makes it easier not to take anything for granted. So the goal of the day would be for you to make sure you are good to the people (and animals) around you. If you achieve that, then you are happy in the day and don't take anything for granted.
