I hope someone can give me advice.
I saw this border in a forum, and like it. Is there anyone that can give me an idea how to add something similar to my photos? (or is this a specific programme/ add-on that was used)

I didn't spend too much time on this or try to duplicate it exactly, but it should give you the idea. Multiple layers and layer styles.

I tried it tonight, but get stuck between the different layers. Could you perhaps just indicate e.g.layer>etc for the steps?
