I may have the wrong terminology for what I want but I am trying to create a template of multiple layers that I can drag an image into a specified area and have it resized or the opacity pre set.

I am wanting to create Templates Like seen at www.artisticactions.com
But want to know how to be able to drag an image file into a pre determined area and have it resized.

Any sites or help is greatly appriciated.
