Hello,

I am trying to figure out how can someone get this sort of image (vintage looking) in photoshop? I got photoshop cs3

Try desaturating the colours then add some exposure settings to taste.

I threw it in Lightroom and adjusted the following

Increase:
-contrast
-vibrance
-saturation
-clarity (sharpen it)
-blacks (notice the bottom)
-whites (notice the top, brighter behind her)

For my vintage style photos, I pretty much increase everything! :P If you're looking for a "weathered paper" kind of vintage style, then you're making much different changes.
