How to have multiple copies of a layer per 'page'

So I have this playing card sized template I've made. It has a couple of different layers with all the type settings I need. Each card in the deck will be different, so I have to go in an edit each card and the problem is, I want to get multiple cards per page.

Is it possible to copy the card with all its layers, several times on the same 8.5 x 11 sheet so that each card is still individually editable?
