just technologically inept
I decided to get myself a king size bed and then realised how expensive they are. So I got myself a king size mattress and going to weld and form a bed frame out of scrap steel myself. Now I'm all good with the creating the bed part, it's just that some of the preliminary design has stunted me. I'm not exactly what you'd call computer savvy
I'm laser cutting a bat looking bedhead out of a big sheet of steel but the jpeg I have to convert in autocad or something has to look a certain way
This is what I got going with my chubby mitts

Apparently the background has to be completely black, as well as the inside black. The only white I'm told there should be is the lines of the bat. Kind of just like a chalk outline on a chalkboard. So the outline and even those inclinations to bone structure inside it even. The bone structure bits are gonna be where the holes are cut. So yep, just basically a template the laser can use to cut the bat shape and the little hole bone thingies inside the actual shape. You git me drift I reckon. Just gotta clean up the lines and make them more...cleaner I guess as well. Might be best if the lines are drawn up via the centre of the pre-existing contoured lines
