Im making a photo album for my friends Bday and I Need a cool sick cover. Ill contain the pictures and a description of what im looking for. Im also interested if the person who's going to photoshop tweak it also.....

For the background i have a city sky view picture, and I want to add their Highway Exit sign thats called "Framingham". On the Exit sign i would like it if i can get like a Spray paint effect crossing out the name"framingham" and above it to say Brazil in the graffiti spray paint text.
Also if the photoshop guro can add the Brazil flag faded into the background and also the Dominican republic flag too

If some1 can find the time do it i will be greatly appreciate because i need it by friday the latest. Contact me thru here or aim: blazes64
