Hello, I am having an issue with a black and white drawing in which I need to darken the black lines. When I go to the adjustments panel and darken the image, it will revert to the original every time I flatten the image. I have unlocked layers, duplicated layers and saved without flattening and it still reverts back to the original light lines. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.,
Mark

Are you working on the image zoomed out quite far? Make sure you work on it at 100% as sometimes Photoshop doesn't display adjustments accurately when zoomed out.

Other than that you can try taking a screenshot of your layers before you flatten them or upload the psd file to dropbox and someone here will take a look at it to see whats going wrong.
