Everytime I try to cut something it says

"Warning: No pixels are more than 50% selected. The selection edges will not be visible."

Now I can't cut anyhing what do I do thanks for the help.

Hi Blue,

You are most likely selecting a very small area with a high feather value. While having the selection tool selected, look up top at the feather box and change the value to 0. That should solve your problem.

Or you're making a selection on an empty layer.
