I'm doing a lot of PS stuff at work, which involves me taking selections of photographs and copying the Lab colour space information (mean, median and std.dev. of L, a, and b channels) to an Excel sheet. However, when I command-tab to Excel, the panels in photoshop are automatically hidden (the picture itself remains visible). Can this be prevented? Better yet, is it possible to somehow automate the copying of the values?
